Today, June 21, is World Giraffe Day 2025 – and we are celebrating it with the Giraffe Conservation Foundation. We want to share with you, our doctoral students, faculty members and friends their latest report on state of giraffes. As you know giraffes are a hallmark of our international inter-university doctoral study ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATIVENESS – check out the Story About Giraffes (in About Us) to see why giraffes are in our program. We are in the process of defining our collaboration with the Giraffe Conservation Foundation, especially through the Adopt a Giraffe concept. Will be back to you about it soon.

Giraffe numbers are finally showing signs of improvement or are stabilizing.

It’s true! Our State of Giraffe 2025 report shows clearly that our targeted conservation efforts are paying off. This is welcome news, after so many years of decline.
