I congratulate Suncica Oberman Peterka on her election as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek for the term 2025-2029. In the academic profession, it is the greatest satisfaction when students with whom you have been in a co-learning and mentoring relationship develop and take responsibility to bring about positive change. Today I feel this way – and I can only advise Sunčica to be a giraffe (look forward, watch for early signals of change, collaborate) by combining the principles of The Little Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, 1943) and What I / We Can Do (Amitai Etzioni) over and over again.
