Michael Porter replies to Slavica’s question

porter_singer_pfeifer 8 Dec 2020Slavica Singer and Sanja Pfeifer with Suncica Oberman Peterka and Julia Peric participated in the 2020 virtual meeting of the Affiliate Network of the Harvard Business School, held from Dec. 7-9. On Professor Porter’s introduction there were 215 participants from 60 countries virtually connected. Professor Singer suggested a joint project on developing indicators for multidimensional measuring of UN sustainable development goals, which Professor Porter supported.

Slavica Singer and Sanja Pfeifer run the course Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) developed by Professor Michael Porter, as an elective course in our doctoral program Entrepreneurship and Innovativeness. The MOC Course is based on materials developed by the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School, and Professor Singer and Professor Pfeifer were trained at the Harvard Business School for delivering this course. The Faculty of Economics in Osijek (postgraduate programs in entrepreneurship) is a part of this Affiliate Network at the Harvard Business School from 2008, when the MOC has been introduced.
